Public Transport and Communication

The aim of this survey is to investigate the communication of information pertaining to ‘public transport’. The goal is to investigate how this is communicated and whether this could be considered `effective’ in informing the general public about the usage of transport services.

UK Residents: For the purposes of this dissertation public transport’ is a term including privatized transport such as buses and trains in the United Kingdom, that previously came under the term ofpublic transport’ before the privatization of public train services in England.

International Residents: This survey is free and open to all but if there are culturally specific areas that may be confusing feel free to provide comments about your choices and preferences in relation to your own cultural experiences.

This survey is anonymous. All information provided by participants in this questionnaire will remain anonymous in all cases; therefore please do not write your name on the questionnaire.
